The farm is located 1km south of Ostional, and 10 km from the border of Costa Rica with 410 meters of entrance on the main road .. Through which it is accessed.

The topography of the property is 70% (more or less) with unique views of the sea, the bay of Salinas, Ostional, Pacific Ocean, and Costa Rica.
