This Colonial home is one of the few antique and well-preserved private properties in San Juan del Sur with all the amenities of modern times; WIFI and cable tv, air conditioning, swimming pool, hot water, hammocks, fans and kitchen with all basic appliances.
The house has two floors, 4 bedrooms upstairs and 4 bedrooms downstairs, 6 bathrooms.
The 4 upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. It is more of two real comfortable rooms, a dormitory for children and a TV room with sofa and single bed.
The lower level has 4 bedrooms, more spacious and cool all day. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The property also has service accommodation. Dona Maria and her family have lived there for many years. They take care of the maintenance of the house and receive customers when you are away (This is an option)

The house is spacious and very comfortable. Ideal for small groups of 10 to 14 people or a large family up to 24 people can sleep. The house is located downtown, half a block from the amazing bay of San Juan del Sur and a short walk from bars and restaurants, ice cream, French bakery and market, schoolyards. art and yoga, local craft and designer stores, a library, a movie theater and more.
Also San Juan del Sur is known for its paradisiacal beaches to the south and north where you can practice fishing and surfing, among others. Look up the names of Playa Maderas, Playa Remanso, Playa Majagual and Playa Hermosa (among others!).

A plus in the list, in season, is the night trip to see the turtles at La Flor beach, which is one of the 7 most important beaches where turtles have laid their eggs in the world.
