Casa del Cielo is an impressive two bedroom house located just 3 minutes from the center of the city of San Juan del Sur. 

Its contemporary design fills every space in the home with elegance and good taste. 

It is equipped with a modern kitchen with a unique and exclusive design, with cabinets built to the measure, and a large breakfast area perfect to gather family and friends and spend a lovely moment with the most beautiful views of the bay. 

The spacious living room opens onto an exceptional terrace through two sliding glass doors, allowing a feeling of softness and grace inside and outside the property, and provides the perfect space for outdoor lunches, family activities, family parties, private tanning sessions, and much more. The 2 bedrooms also feature sliding doors that open directly onto the terraces, where you can enjoy some of the most astonishing and captivating views of San Juan del Sur. Both bedrooms have modern and spacious en-suite bathrooms to offer maximum comfort.

A stunning, modern house, we are equipped with a beautiful terrace and pergola with hammocks, A/C and ceiling fans. We also have flat-screen Smart TVs connected to free Wi-Fi and a Netflix access for your account. The views are breathtaking, and span across the bay and along the coast. One room has a king bed, and the other a double. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a living room and kitchen equipped with basic supplies.

Please note, we recommend having transportation, due to the steep hill. It is not needed a pick up a normal car can be used.‍

Guest access: Guests have the entire house to themselves.

Security: We have 24-hour security. We also have a caretaker at our house around the corner, who takes care of the property maintenance.

Power: We have a backup generator that we can turn on for you if the power goes out in town.

Water: You can drink the tap water

Creepy Crawlies: One of the realities of being surrounded by the beautiful nature is our insect neighbors. Yes, there are bugs, and they will sometimes sneak in to the rooms, despite all of the preventative measures we have taken to keep them out. The bright side is that most of them are harmless. However, we do recommend shaking out your clothes before you put them on, because scorpions love to crawl inside them. Scorpion stings are not life-threatening (unless you are prone to anaphylactic shock), but they don’t feel nice.‍

String Rays: Another safety tip we would suggest is to shuffle your feet when you are in the ocean, to frighten any stingrays away. Sting rays are most common from January to March. If you get stung, soak the wound in hot water.
